Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect T.R.Y Therapeutics' treatment policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

To avoid disappointment and guarantee your time, we ask for a £10 deposit on all non-package treatments when booking with us. Once you have received your treatment the deposit will be discounted onto your bill for the total cost of the treatment. If you are booking a package session with us, a deposit of 20% of the cost of the package will be required to ensure your booking.

If you are unable to make your appointment and call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance then we are happy to refund you the deposit. Unfortunately, if you cannot notify us within 24 hours and do not show up to your appointment then your deposit will be non-refundable.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also time and potential clients who could have scheduled an appointment with us for the same time. Many times, we will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate for our time lost as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions. When you are booking please have your payment information ready as will we require this to make your booking and secure your deposit. When checking out, guests can choose a payment method of either cash or bank transfer.
